Sushi! - $50
For this popular fan favorite class, we will be working on some basic knife skills as well as learning how to roll sushi using traditional and non-traditional ingredients. Create your own signature rolls! Each guest rolls AT LEAST two sushi rolls and takes away the skills to do it again at home! For dessert guests will create a unique green tea (matcha) cake! This class is fun for Sushi lovers of all ages!
Burger Battle! - $55
This Beginner Level Class will be all about one of America's favorite foods... The Burger!! On the menu: The Stuffed Burger, The Salmon Burger, The Turkey-Bacon Burger, The Buffalo Chicken Burger, and the Black Bean Burger! Each "team" or group will create a burger recipe to battle it out to win a surprise gift from Foodology!!
Fun with Phyllo Dough (Greek) - $50
This Greek Cuisine themed class will focus on unlocking the mysteries of that papery thin and buttery Greek phyllo dough! Some of our phyllo creations will include spinach feta pie, baklava, and mini gyro bites. That's not all though, we will be also be making Fattoush Salad, Greek dressing, and fresh hummus!
Pierogies! - $50
This popular comfort food class will show you how to make fresh, scratch-made pierogi dough, roll it, cut it, and then fill it with a variety of your favorite pierogi fillings! Sauerkraut, Farmer's Cheese, Potatoes, Apple Pie filling, and more! You will take home the skills to re-create these delicious Polish delicacies as well as a few left-overs!

Stuffed & Sauced: Meats! - $55
This is an Intermediate Level Class that will focus on basic meat fabrication and cutting as well as stuffing a variety of delicious meats. Examples include dishes such as Roasted Red Pepper Beef Roulade, Apple Stuffed Pork Chops, Cornbread & Chorizo Stuffed Beef Tenderloin, and Caprese Stuffed Portobella Mushrooms. We will also be creating some amazing sauces using various French cooking techniques such as reduction sauces with wine, pureed sauces, and roux vs. cornstarch sauces. We will even be stuffing a dessert pastry! Be prepared to amaze yourself with your new skills!
Summer Cookout Salads - $50
At this delicious warm weather class, we will be updating and adding to your list of go-to summer time cook-out salads! This class is packed with healthy super foods that are filling AND taste great! So skip the same ol' potato salad and macaroni salad routine and learn how to make California Quinoa Salad with Edamame and Cranberries, the Mediterranean Grilled Chicken and Orzo Salad, Honey-Lemon Beets and Bowties Salad, or the Southwest Jicama and Roasted Corn Salad! We will even have a healthy and seasonal dessert that will be just in time for your summer cookouts!

Stuffed & Sauced: Mexican Cuisine! - $50
This exciting new class will be combining the concepts of Foodology's popular "Stuffed & Sauced: Meats Class" and the Toledo area's love for Mexican Cuisine!! The menu will focus on authentic and challenging stuffed Mexican dishes such as Chicken & Chilis Tamales, Spicy Beef Empanadas with Queso Dip, Crispy Chili Rellenos, and a fan favorite: Cinnamon Churros! Be prepared to leave this class with the skills to cater your own Mexican fiesta at home!
Kids' Turn to Cook! - $40
This "Tween-age" friendly class will focus on simple meals that kids can re-create on their own at home! On the menu... Chicken Alfredo, Impossible Cheeseburger Pies, Dirty Taco Rice, and Mint-Chocolate Fudge! Kids will be creating meals that the whole family will enjoy as well as gaining confidence in the kitchen. So put your feet up care-takers! Its the kids' turn to cook! Kids 11 and up can attend the class without parents.
Thai, Korean, & Chinese - $45
This class will explore Korean, Thai, and Chinese Cuisines! Together, participants will create some classic favorites from Korea, Thailand, and China!! Some of the recipes will include Fiery Korean Beef Bulgogi with Quick Kimchi , Chinese Hot & Sour Soup, Umami Pork Lo Mein, and the mysterious and delicious Thai Green Curry over Jasmine Rice! If you love Asian Cuisines and trying new flavors, then this delicious class is for you!
Pub Food & Craft Brew - $55
This fun class will focus on cooking with craft beers and the art of pub food! We will be making Reubens, Cubanos, and Cowboy Beef Wellingtons. We will even use craft ciders to create a one of a kind apple dessert! Feel free to bring your favorite craft beer or cider along! This makes a great birthday, anniversary, or date night choice for an unforgettable time!
Fresh Pasta Class - $55
If you love pasta, you've come to the right place!! For this pasta class, we will be working on some basic knife skills as well as learning how to make fresh pasta in a variety of shapes and some pretty amazing Italian sauces! On the menu: Fresh Ravioli Alfredo, Angel Hair Pesto, Feta & White Wine Fettuccine, Italian Panzanella Salad, and Tiramisu
Cooking with Essential Oils - $50 (Gluten-Free)
Join us for an essential oils culinary night! We will be using Essential Oils to add flavor to some of your favorite foods. In this cooking class, you will learn how to prepare Game Day Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Honey-Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin, Arugula Salad with New Potatoes and Fresh Green Beans, and Orange Cream Creme Brulee. Ginger, Basil, Lemon, and Lavender, and Orange Essential Oils will be used in these recipes. Don't be surprised if our favorite Certified Aromatherapist, Erika, joins the beginning of your class with helpful information and great offers on local oils!
Lil' Kids in the Kitchen - Lasagna! (Ages 8 and Under) - $35
Bring the younger kids in for this fun class! On the menu: Traditional Italian Lasagna with Meat Sauce and Broccoli and Cheese Stuffed Shells with Alfredo Sauce! We can't forget dessert though.... An Oreo-Brownie Trifle! Kids will love this hands-on class that will leave them feeling happy and full!
This is a Lil' Kids class and requires an adult to be present with each child. If you're bringing more than one child, we ask that at least one adult attends with no more than two kids. If you have any questions about age limits, feel free to ask!
Lil' Kids in the Kitchen - Kids' Favorites - (ages 8 and under) - $35
Bring the younger kids in for this fun class! On the menu: Home-made Mac N Cheese, Chicken Nuggets, and Monster Cookies! This menu is sure to make even picky eaters smile, and care givers will be happy to help them make home-made and healthy versions of their favorite foods!
This is a Lil' Kids class and requires an adult to accompany each child. If you're bringing more than one child, we ask that at least one adult comes with no more than two kids. Age limits are not set in stone, so If you have any questions about age limits, feel free to ask!
Caribbean Cuisine! - $55
Caribbean Cuisine Class will focus on the unique and spicy flavors of the Caribbean Islands! Some of the recipes will include the "Infamous" Jerk Chicken, Conch Fritters, Red Snapper with Mango Salsa en Papiote (in paper), and Bananas Foster with Coconut Gelato in a Dark Rum Sauce. With all of this amazing flavor, you'll feel like you're on vacation right here in Toledo!
Mexican Cuisine! - $45
This fun Mexican Cuisine Class will focus on knife skills and knife safety, while enjoying some favorite foods from south of the border! On the menu... Fresh Guacamole and Salsa, Chicken and Steak Fajitas, Tortilla Soup, and Tequila Frosting "Shots"! Creating knife skills that make the time spent on kitchen prep shorter, and your work space easier to clean are some of the goals of this class, as well as knife safety.
Asian Cuisine! (Chinese Take-out) - $45
This fan favorite class will focus on knife skills and knife safety, while enjoying some take-out favorites of Asian Cuisine! On the menu... Sweet and Sour Chicken Stir Fry with Jasmine Rice, Pork Egg Rolls, Crispy Fried Wontons, and Peanut Pad Thai Noodles! Don't forget the Almond Cookies!
Spring Cleaning Menu - $50
Our "clean" eating class will focus on cooking with Wild Salmon as well as Seasonal, Local, and Healthy Fruits and Vegetables! Its finally spring/summer and a great time to eat clean, local, and healthy! Some of our featured recipes will include a Spring Beet Tart with locally sourced Honey Goat Cheese and Seasonal Radishes and Micro-Greens, Salmon Cakes over a Bed of Mixed Greens and Blood Orange Vinaigrette, and Sweet Dark Chocolate Beet Brownies!
Stuffed & Sauced: Poultry! - $55
This is an Intermediate Level Class that will focus on basic meat fabrication and cutting as well as using a variety of poultry and pork cuts. Examples include dishes such as Cajun Stuffed Chicken Legs, Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin, Chicken Cordon Bleu, and More! We will also be creating some amazing sauces using various French cooking techniques such as reduction sauces with wine, classical mother sauces, pureed sauces, and roux vs. cornstarch sauces. We will even be stuffing ourselves with a fan favorite Dessert: Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookies! Be prepared to amaze yourself with your new skills!
Breakfast Foods and the Incredible Egg!! - $45
Our Breakfast Class will focus on some of your early morning favorites and incredible, edible eggs!! On the menu: Sausage Stuffed French Toast, Scotch Eggs, making the perfect omelette, and learning how to flip and cook eggs "to order". Kids will love this action filled (and messy in a fun way) class and parents will love that their teenagers are making breakfast on their own at home! This class can be a Family Friendly, Teen Only, or an Adult Only class.
Amazing Appetizers! - $50
At this very hands-on class, guests will create several high-end looking and tasting appetizers while learning some new techniques and knife skills to make your sample-sized, dish-to-pass stand out among the rest! Even the kids who join this class will feel confident to re-create these appetizers at home! Some of the menu items will include Feta Salad in Cucumber Cups, BBQ Pork Wontons, Buffalo Chicken Meatballs, Mini Crab Cakes, Cheesecake Stuffed Chocolate Dipped Strawberries, and Turkey-Bacon Sliders!
Indian Cuisine! - $50
Do you love Indian food, but are a little hesitant to try it or try making it yourself? Let the Chefs at Foodology guide you! Learn about the unique spice blends and cooking methods that make Indian Cuisine such an amazing, yet sometimes intimidating, foodie adventure! On the menu: Fresh Naan Bread, Chicken Tandoori, Indian Butter Chicken, Tikka Masala, Lamb Kofta with Tzatziki, and Mango-Pistachio Kulfi (Indian ice cream).
Winter Soups - $40
This cool weather class will focus on basic knife skills and knife safety, but will also leave you feeling warm and full of one of the winter's best comfort foods... Soups! In groups, the class will make a few classics such as chicken noodle and cheesy potato, but will also surprise you with some recipes that might turn into your new favorites like the Caribbean inspired Mulligatawny or the Asian inspired Hot & Sour Soup!
Cake & Cupcake Decorating 101 - $45
In this class, Foodology's Baking Chef will share knowledge, experience, and industry insider tips in the art of cake decorating! Learn about types of frosting and just exactly what shape or design each of those dozens of pastry tips can create! Cake and cupcakes will be baked before class so we can focus on decorating! You'll be amazed at the masterpiece that you will create in this class!
One Dish Dinners - $50
Our One Dish Dinners Class will focus on knife skills to cut down your dinner prep time and creating unique one dish meals that will re-light the spark in your weekly dinner routine! Some of our favorite one dish dinners at Foodology include: Creamy Mushroom and Bacon Risotto, Spanish Paella made with Quinoa, Pesto Cream Pasta in One Dish, and Cookies -n-Cream Brownies! Who needs dirty dishes anyway?!?
Taco Takeover! - $50
This class will be creating tacos, tacos, and more tacos!! On the menu: Traditional American Beef Tacos, Chicken-Chili and Lime Tacos, Pork "Street Tacos", and Fish Tacos! We will have several different shells, toppings, and cheeses to build tacos with so that guests can experiment with trying new spins on old favorites!
